To be Legally married in South Dakota:
Visit any South Dakota Courthouse within 20 days of your wedding
The bride and groom must present United States issued identification, such as a driver's license or passport.
You will have to pay $40 in cash only.
There are no required blood tests or waiting period.
If you are divorced or widowed/widower, there are no required documentations.

- Schedule a Wedding or Renewal of Vows Ceremony with your $75 deposit.
- We will review all of the stories and photos, and will choose one lucky couple to win a free ceremony and a two free concert passes and a night's stay at the Legendary Buffalo Chip Campground, as well as a Fresh Flower Bouquet and a Silk Flower arrangement - over $500 value. (upon winning, your deposit will be reimbursed.)
- Winners will be chosen and announced on June 15, 2010.
- Your story and photo will be displayed on your own webpage on this website (we will not include your last names, just your first names and the state you are from.)
